Ladder safety.  Or, what goes up depends on how it comes down.  That is up to you.

Ladders are an important tool for many tasks.  Falling from a ladder is an unpleasant and potentially, life long negative impact on your way of life.

Safety tips: Read the labels on the ladder to know what its load limits are.  Always maintain 3 points of contact when climbing or descending a ladder. Inspect the ladder, any defects (dents, cuts, bends, etc.) will affect the ladder’s structural integrity. (Don’t want the ladder to collapse while you are using it!)

If the ladder is the A-frame type, make sure the bracing arms between the ladder sections are locked firmly in place.
