Assign Task, Complete Task, Inspect Completed Task.

Any time a task is required, say a repair or part replacement, that task was initiated for a reason. If a piece of equipment requires repair, that task is assigned to the appropriate person.

The next step is task completion.

The final step is to take a few minutes to review/examine the completed task to make sure all the necessary parts have been replaced, and secured in place, and that reassembly was completed properly.

The more complex the repair the greater the benefit of taking a few minutes extra to examine the reassembled/repaired equipment to ensure proper working condition.

Simple: Assign Task, Complete Task, Inspect Completed Task..  Saves time, equipment damage, and potentially worker injury.
